Compass Rose is a comprehensive therapeutic residential program treating boys, ages 10-19. We accept county placements and voluntary placements coordinated by the client’s county of residence. Compass Rose will seek to understand the needs and strengths of each client by developing an individual treatment plan upon admittance. This treatment plan includes therapeutic goals and objectives through both individual and group therapy. Behavioral goals and objectives supported by our level based behavioral system. Psychological testing and psychiatric assessment and evaluation as necessary. These comprehensive goals and objectives are informally reviewed bi-monthly, and formally reviewed quarterly. The last significant component of the Compass Rose program includes our two on-site, non-public, schools which foster academic growth and support for our clients.
